Sustainability at the Alpura isn't just a buzzword, but a lived reality: The resort generates its own energy through photovoltaics, a wood chip heating system, and a biomass power plant; water comes from its own mountain spring; heat is recovered; and five of the nine pools are chlorine-free. The kitchen and spa primarily use products from local farms in the region. Racines has been awarded the Alpine Pearl designation – one of 27 European resorts committed to sustainable mobility, environmental protection, and sustainable tourism.
Inside the hotel: multigenerational wellness with an adults-only alpine sauna village and a family area with nine extra-warm pools, nature-based childcare up to 76 hours per week, all-inclusive full board with regional ingredients, and six accommodation options – from suites to the Mons Silva Private Luxury Chalet made from natural materials sourced from the region.
Nature right outside the door: hiking trails and bike routes start directly at the hotel, and the Ratschings-Jaufen ski and hiking area is just a 3-minute ride away with the free hotel shuttle – low-carbon mobility included.

Payment and Cancellation Terms
Cancellations are only valid in writing. There is no right of withdrawal as defined by the Consumer Protection Code; however, we offer the following cancellation policy: For cancellations up to 3 months prior to arrival, a fixed cancellation fee of €200.00 will be charged. For cancellations between 3 months and 1 month prior to arrival, 40% of the total package price is due. For cancellations between 1 month and 6 days prior to arrival, 80% of the total package price is due. For cancellations within the last 6 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total package price is due. For cancellations on the day of arrival, late arrival, early departure, or no-show, 100% of the total package price is due in accordance with Italian hotel regulations. By taking out our advantageous travel cancellation insurance from European Travel Insurance, you are optimally protected against cancellations.
