Located in a fertile area of the Po Valley, halfway between Bologna and Ferrara, passed the little bridge over the canal "Savena Abandoned" and descending along the pleasant alley of lime trees, you get the Farm Il Cucco. It is a system of houses arranged around a large courtyard, today the garden, full of trees, shrubs, flowers and a small pond. The kitchen offers guests a cuisine that makes extensive use of crops, with particular attention to the quality of raw materials and the simplicity of the flavors. One of the most famous delicacies are the 'King Biscuit', enjoyed even by Vittorio Emanuele III. The farmhouse Il Cucco is also a petting zoo that addresses this specific service to the nursery and primary schools, public and private institutions that deal with children's summer camps or day centers for the elderly.

The rooms are 11, all different, each with its own name and with its own characteristics: large, well-lit and equipped with private bathroom.
Some larger rooms can accommodate a third bed occasionally, others can have twin beds to accommodate two colleagues or customer requirements.
The beds are comfortable and spacious and each room has a coffee table in order to work and a Wi-Fi connection. Complete the service, the fresh fruit available in the fireplace room and a bottle of water.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo all’agriturismo il Cucco. La struttura si trova tra Bologna e Ferrara ed è molto curata e accogliente. I proprietari sono una coppia splendida, aiutati da validi collaboratori. Camere grandi e pulitissime. Letto comodo, bagno grande. Non manca nulla: Wi-Fi funzionante, sky e molti altri servizi. Cucina squisita con i prodotti del territorio e le loro verdure biologiche.
Colazione tra le migliori mai provate: spremute fresche di arance dolcissime, estratti, frutta freschissima del giardino, yogurt preparato in casa, torte, biscotti e pane casalingo, composte di frutta e succhi artigianali. Che bontà!!! Cena deliziosa con portate molto buone, cucinate con cura e amore. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!!
