B&B La Porta Vecchia
The B & B "The Old Gate" was born in Monopoli ancient historical house in 1700, it was once used as offices for the clergy of the nearby church of San Leonardo, located in the heart of historic monopolies 50m from the beautiful sandy beach, renovated in full respect for tradition and the artistic beauty of the place, to accommodate up to 10 people with all the amenities.
The breakfast is carefully prepared with local gastronomic specialties: bread, biscuits, pastries, cakes, yogurts and jams, all home cooked and served according to the season, both within the typical tufa mezzanine or on the beautiful terrace, which offers a suggestive views of the Monopoli coastline.
The B & B is located at a strategic point in the center of the city 'for an exceptional tourist run surrounded by museums, rocky churches and botanical gardens. Well connected to local restaurants, bars, shops, supermarket. In the summer period your evenings will have cheered from feasts, festivities, music festivals, there will be spoiled for choice. All it crowned by crystalline sea, genuine kitchen and typical products in a frame of great courtesy and availability.
The B & B is a 10-minute walk from the station, 45 km from Bari and about 70 Km from Brindisi. The rooms, furnished in period style, all comfortably equipped with bathroom, heating, air conditioning, TV and cot on request. Rooms are cleaned daily and linen change.
