Booking & Conditions • 1) The offer is valid until availability is reached. • 2) To book a room and included services, a 50% deposit is required. Payment is via INSTANT PAYMENT bank transfer. • 3) The deposit will be fully refunded if you cancel with written notification (WhatsApp/SMS) no later than 30 days before your arrival date. Alternatively, the deposit can be converted into a voucher to be used within the current year for a stay of the same or longer duration. • 4) If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before your arrival date, the deposit will not be reusable or refunded. • 5) In the event of late arrival and/or early departure, 80% of the unused booked period will be charged. • 6) In case of no-show, the full reservation amount is required. • 7) For last-minute bookings (arrival within 7 days), the property reserves the right to require advance payment for the entire stay via INSTANT PAYMENT bank transfer. • 8) Payment of the tourist tax is required only for nights used. • 9) The balance of the stay is required by the day of departure.
