1) The deposit to be paid by bank transfer (up to 50% of the estimate) is fully refunded upon receipt of a written communication (email, sms or whatsapp) no later than the 30th day before the arrival date. 2) In the event that the cancellation occurs after this deadline, the deposit will not be returned. 3) In cases of late arrival, early departure or no-show, payment of the entire booked stay is required. 4) Balance on site with debit card, cash, credit card, instant bank transfer.
