Payment and Cancellation Terms
• The offer is valid until availability is reached. • A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, paid via INSTANT PAYMENT bank transfer. • The deposit will be fully refunded if you cancel in writing (via WhatsApp/SMS) no later than 30 days before your arrival date. Alternatively, the deposit can be converted into a voucher to be used within the current year for a stay of the same or longer duration. • If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded. • In the event of a late arrival and/or early departure, you will be charged 80% of the unused portion of the booked stay. • In the event of a no-show, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation. • The tourist tax is only payable for the nights you have actually stayed. • The balance of the stay is required by the day of departure.
