Payment and Cancellation Terms
We ask for a deposit of 200 € per person. You can pay the deposit by bank transfer or under the "Click to pay" point on our homepage. If you waive the trip cancellation insurance, the following conditions apply: - if you cancel up to 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, we will refund your deposit minus a processing fee of €20; - from the 8th week, the deposit will be forfeited in our favor; - in the event of cancellation 4 weeks before arrival, 80% and 2 weeks before arrival 100% of the total booked package price will be charged; - in the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the entire booked period of stay;
