The farm is located in a place simply magical, atop a hill which offers a 360 ° view: the view sweeps from the Gran Sasso to the Sibillini Mountains and from Montalto to Ripatransone.

For our guests: Six spacious rooms with bathroom and terrace, an organic restaurant that serves dishes from the Marche, a wellness center (with swimming pool open all year, jacuzzi, swimming against the tide and Tylo turkish bath), a solarium to relax , sunbathe and sip a glass of wine, a pergola where we serve breakfast and dinner in the summer, which offers an incredible view of the surrounding hills, mountain biking, with all its room WiFi, games room for young children, TV room with Sky satellite.
The six spacious rooms, elegantly furnished, were designed (like the whole structure) following the principles of Feng-Shui and more advanced concepts of bio-architecture to offer our guests maximum comfort. The rooms have the names of the elements related to Feng-Shui: Water, Wood, Metal, Earth, Fire and Air and are individually decorated. All rooms are equipped with every comfort: terrace, extra large double beds (King), mini-bar, safe, direct dial telephone, ADSL access, air conditioning.
And 'the ideal place to appreciate the incredible beauty of the hills, the mountains and the sea; in a few minutes you reach the sea with beautiful white sand beaches of Cupra Marittima, Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto, while one step there are countless beautiful medieval towns and villages. The old farmhouse has been restored with a careful restructuring entirely in green building.
