Il Capoverso is a life project that began in 2006 with the renovation of an ancient Tuscan farmhouse, already listed in the Theresian Land Registry in 1718.
We are pleased to share it with you today. You can
stay in carefully furnished apartments,
enjoy the pool or relax in the shade of the trees,
pick heirloom fruits and vegetables from the garden while savoring authentic flavors,
discover the scent and aroma of our extra virgin olive oil,
witness the blooming of over thirty varieties of roses,

WHERE WE ARE:
Agriturismo Il Capoverso is located about 1.5 km from the historic center of Monte San Savino, a medieval village located between the cities of Siena and Arezzo and well connected to other Tuscan and Umbrian art cities, such as Cortona, Montepulciano, Perugia, and Assisi.
Florence is 70 km away and can be easily reached via the A1 motorway.
The surrounding landscape is characterized by hills with typical terraced olive groves, but also by broadleaf forests as far as the eye can see and, last but not least, the gentle Val di Chiana, sometimes flat, dotted with small villages, sunflower fields, and orchards, and renowned for its excellent gastronomy.
Capoverso is easily reached via the A1 motorway - Monte San Savino exit (5 km from the town) and via the airports of Florence, Pisa, Perugia, and Rome. There are also frequent train connections between Arezzo and other major Italian cities, including two daily Freccia Rossa trains. There is also a train connection between Arezzo and Monte San Savino.
HOSPITALITY:
We have three apartments located in the main farmhouse, each with its own private entrance, but can also be connected for groups of family or friends.
It is therefore possible to rent one, two, or all three together.
All apartments retain their typically Tuscan beamed and tiled ceilings and are bright and comfortable. We carefully combine antique and modern furnishings, creating a pleasant balance of colors.
Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, TV, and free unlimited Wi-Fi.
Each apartment has its own dedicated outdoor space, and various areas of the property offer outdoor dining on beautiful spring and summer days.
The property features a large 15 x 5 meter swimming pool, open from April to October (depending on the weather), and additional recreational equipment including a ping-pong table, table football, and picnic blankets.
ARRIVALS-DEPARTURES
Arrival and departure dates are free, not limited to Saturdays and Sundays (to facilitate your mobility, both organizationally and financially).
Check-out is by 10:00 a.m., and check-in is after 3:00 p.m., subject to specific guest requirements and property availability.
APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
LAVANDA APARTMENT GROUND FLOOR
Located on the ground floor, it offers spacious accommodations and comprises two double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, an eat-in kitchen (equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, and a refrigerator/freezer, as well as tableware), and a large living room with a sliding window leading to the garden. Here, there is a table for dining on cool summer evenings and a large lawn for playing.
LAVANDA APARTMENT F1
Located on the first floor, it comprises a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a living room with a kitchenette (equipped with a four-burner stove, refrigerator with a small freezer, microwave, and tableware). The living room also features a sofa bed that sleeps two singles (both with a real mattress, one of which is a foldaway).
SUNIE APARTMENT
Located on the first floor, with a private entrance, it is very bright and enjoys a beautiful view of the surrounding hills.
It consists of two double bedrooms and a single bedroom, one bathroom, and a living room with an open-plan kitchen (equipped with a four-burner stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, and dishes).
Outside, there is a lovely shaded pergola where you can eat or sit comfortably.

If you are searching for a lovely place and people, this is definitely the right place to go. Chiara and her family provide very cosy accomodation surrounded by beautiful nature and I really appreciate the way they care about the nature and the enviroment. If you are interested in an organic farming and olive oil production, do not hesitate to ask them about these topics. They are very knowledgeble and willing to help.
