The garden features a swimming pool (12x6) equipped with loungers, chairs, tables, a gazebo, and a stone shower. The 40,000 sq m park (fenced at the edges) is divided into terraces with ancient travertine stone walls, where vine shoots have been recovered.

This splendid property can comfortably accommodate 12 people, with four double bedrooms, a double bedroom that can be converted into a triple on the ground floor, and a single bedroom that can be converted into a double. There are also three bathrooms.
The house is spread over three levels: the ground floor features a large living room with sofas, armchairs, chairs, and an antique, working fireplace; a dining room with a view; a large kitchen equipped with a four-burner stove, two refrigerators, a freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a microwave, a worktop, and another large table and 10 chairs for dining; a wheelchair-accessible double bedroom (which can be converted into a triple room); a wheelchair-accessible bathroom; and a playroom with a ping-pong table. The first floor contains two additional bathrooms with showers and toilets, and three double bedrooms. Finally, the third floor features a double bedroom with a view of the Ambra Valley, converted from the old dovecote.
This place is a stunning property suitable for 12 guests, with four double bedrooms, one single bedroom, and one double bedroom that can be transformed into a triple room. Children's cots can be added upon request.

The house consists of a ground floor where there are two large living rooms with sofa and armchairs, a fireplace, a dining table and chairs for ten. Attached the large kitchen with 4 burners, an oven, a microwave oven, a worktop, a dishwasher, two refrigerators with freezer and a large table of ten with chairs. Also on the ground floor there is a bathroom equipped for the disabled with shower and a bedroom with double bed and sofa bed. on the first floor there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower). Of these two rooms are double with single beds, one is with double bed, and finally there is a single room. Also on the second floor is the dovecote where there is a romantic bedroom with a double bed.
Cots and cots for children under six are available if required. In the garden as well as the pergola with table and chairs next to the house, adjacent to the old oven and the stone grill and barbecue, a second lighted gazebo is located on the plateau where you can enjoy the view of the Ambra Valley, for dinners open up to twelve people and another wooden table with picnic seats and rope hammock. Around the pool, the covered gazebo houses the two glass and iron tables made from the old Falcioni. In addition, in recent years it has worked to make the house energy efficient: therefore the electric energy is self-produced by the photovoltaic panels, which create the roof for the outermost garage, the water is taken from the wells inside the property, a mechanism of shredding and natural purification of the waste water has been structured. Even the flower garden respects the local natural environment and is rich in local plants, and roses, jasmine, lavender and rosemary. Still on the ground floor, the games room (with ping-pong table) was created from the old stable.
In addition, the swimming pool, also lit for night baths, is equipped with deck chairs and an outdoor shower evocatively embedded in the rock, another covered gazebo with glass and iron picnic tables made from ancient falcioni.

The property will be for the exclusive use of guests.
