Introduction to the excursion in reserve at the media room of the municipality of Bionaz;
Output of winter nordic walking (NW) in the paths towards the reserve Montagnayes;
Lunch at B & B Maison d'Antan; Environmental education for children aged 3 to 10 years to allow the parents to make the trip without the kids; Time information of the reserve at the area of recreational and educational Lexert
