The afternoon of December 31 is scheduled for a walk with snowshoes along the path of the forest with the Alpine Guides until the 'Alpe Tsalong' at 2000 m, where we can drink a special aperitif. Following descend again to Alpe Rebelle awaiting dinner (meeting and departure from Alpe Rebelle at 14:30 and return scheduled at 16:30).
The dinner includes five appetizers, two first, two seconds and dessert; will use the products of local farmers where possible and the fair trade market. At midnight toast is planned along with the frame of the flakes with the cream from the farm "Leo Bétemps" partner of NaturaValp.
The next morning, breakfast will always be accompanied by products of our farmers and for lunch there will be a spaghetti dinner.
Upon request we can provide material hire for those without (snowshoes and poles).
