Payment and Cancellation Terms
Cancellation penalties applicable to the deposit paid: - cancellation with at least 30 days notice: no penalty. The B&B will reimburse the amount paid, withholding 10 euros as a practical preliminary investigation cost. The refund is not applicable in the case of a non-refundable room; - 100% from 30 days up to the arrival date, in case of no-show or early departure; - 100% in case of non-refundable pre-paid rate. To confirm the reservation, the deposit will be requested by bank transfer equal to 50% of the entire amount for stays in the "standard rate" rate and 100% in the case of a non-refundable offer. The reservation will not be final until the payment is recorded. In case of non-payment within 24 hours, the reservation is automatically canceled without notice. The balance of the stay will be paid directly to the structure on the day of departure.
