Spa apartment is in the heart of Budapest. The flat is equipped with sauna, jacuzzi, steam-bath and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Its a great place for those that want to have a calm and peaceful rest while they can enjoy the closeness of all the touristic attractions and the nightlife.
We do offer 9 single beds, so its perfect choice to friends, sports teams and business groups who prefer sleeping separately while can do many common activities together.

Sustainability Story

Stagland, the managing company running Erzsebet19 Apartment has been on the travel market since 2016. It is a family business dealing with short-term accommodation and event organisation. We are specialized in larger group, family and business travellers who are travelling together but prefer to sleep in separate single beds. Our main market was stag and hen groups organized in Budapest. We were very successful financially however we had many conflicts with our neighbours and locals due to the behaviour of our groups.

During the pandemic in 2020-2021 we mainly focused on business travellers, sport teams, bigger families and even offered our apartment for free to doctors and nurses, who were serving the people during the hard times. We were pleased with the results and did not want to return to the more problematic party groups. We realized that we need to change and create a more sustainable accommodation for our guests, but the change of the types of our guests was only the first step in reaching our goals. In the beginning of the Ukrainian war, we took in refugee families and helped them to find long term accommodation in Budapest.

Our project to “get greener and cleaner” contains a lot of steps and challenges. Our accommodation is fully digitalized, so the booking and the check-in processes are totally paperless. We are already using eco-friendly cleaning materials to reduce chemical products, further we have also implemented new recycling activities to help our guests to behave more sustainably when it comes to trash and rubbish. We have also changed all our lights to LEDs and control all the air conditioners via a Wi-Fi remote system to reduce electricity consumption during the summer. Same goes for the gas consumption during the winter, when the temperature is set to maximum 21 degrees. We also set up water filters, so we can create high-quality drinking water in the apartment, to reduce the number of plastic bottles bought.
