The apartment is on the 2nd floor, built in 2024 with high ceilings in the Dalmatian style. It is located in the center of the village, only 2 minutes from the beach. It is decorated with a lot of attention, ecologically, autochthonous details, handmade furniture. In the apartment we also offer a sup with paddle and pump, beach towels, yoga mats, speaker, board games, eco heating throughout the winter in every room, umbrella and raincoats and books.
The place is quiet, 2 km from the Tkon ferry port. You can get to Pašman by ferry from Biograd or Zadar. There are many nature parks and national parks nearby: Kornati, Paklenica, Vrana Lake, Krka Waterfalls, all within 1 - 1.5 hours.
Pašman has a very clean sea because the sea currents change every 8 hours. The north side of the island is sandy, while the south side is stony and rocky with crystal clear sea.
Pašman is known for its bike paths along the entire island with panoramic views
There are no hotels on the island, which is great because of the preservation of nature and less crowds.
People are engaged in tourism, agriculture, olive growing and recently the production of eco domestic products.
There are plenty of hiking trails on the island, and you can pick wild herbs and spices like thyme, oregano, and sage.
The island has dense vegetation, a pleasant Mediterranean climate with warm summers and little rain.
