The most enjoyable RETRO holidays in Istria exploring the countryside eco villa with private organic garden.
Besides an outdoor hot tub, big garden and BBQ facilities, you can take a ride with a quad or a scooter, use bicycles (almost all sizes available, as well as one with a child seat), trampoline, taste fruits and vegetables from the garden. Our property has a lot of hand made details since there are many things we have made on our own. It best accommodates 4 people, since there are two separate bedrooms.
There is a really big garden - outdoor area of about 500 square meters, including a fruit yard and vegetable garden which is completely grown in Eco mode, so you can pick and taste your own seasonal fruits and vegetables.
If needed we can offer you a travel cot for your baby. I
Villa Gašparini has won "Tourist flower" reward as the best inland holiday home and best family holiday home in Croatia in 2016.
It also has bike friendly and eco friendly certificate.
From 01.11.-30.04. we charge 100 € one time fee to use the outdoor hot tub.

Eco Domus is a labeling program implemented by the Administrative Department for Tourism of the County of Istria in Croatia aiming at increasing social and environmental responsibility in tourism. The program is aligned with the global guidelines of sustainable development and ensures the overall protection of health and the environment. The facilities bearing the Eco Domus sign have met at least 50 basic criteria in 12 categories, such as: social and environmental responsibility, integrated environmental and health protection, use of eco-certified washing and cleaning agents, use of eco-certified toiletries, use of natural materials, water and energy-saving technology, waste sorting and recycling.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa Gasparini. In dem Haus war alles, was wir brauchten. Es war alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sogar der Kühlschrank war bei der Ankunft mit Lebensmitteln gefüllt. Auch der Garten des Hauses war sehr weitläufig und gepflegt. Es gab die Möglichkeit zum Entspannen am Whirlpool oder sich mit Badminton, Darts oder Fußball etc. zu beschäftigen. Auch einen kleinen Gemüsegarten gab es. Wir haben alles genutzt und hatten viel Spaß und Abwechslung. Besonders lustig war auch die Fahrt mit dem Retro-Auto zu einem Restaurant in der Nähe. Wir waren mit unserem Urlaub rundum zufrieden, Danke!

We are a family with 3 kids. We really enjoyed our stay. Cosy, clean and comfortable house. We felt very welcome. Natasa is a very friendly lady. She is always willing to give advise. The children loved the place. The house is very child-friendly and there are a lot of things to do for children in the area.
