Peaceful apartment Bacvice beach is a brand new and comfortable modern-design apartment with custom-made furniture. It has a very unique location with Aleppo pine trees at the front, which is the last green oasis in this area. It is located 15 minutes walking distance from Split's city center. A large terrace is providing relaxing moments, fresh summer breeze and stunning sea views. It is situated only 5 minutes walking distance from the Bacvice beach – the most popular sandy beach in Split by the tourists. It is also famous by the picigin game – traditional ball game from Split, played by sporty men. Just in front of the apartment, there are two bays called Ovcice and Firule, which are the calmer with less crowd and noise and thus a favorite spot for locals and families.
Closed to the apartment there are several restaurants and cafes with delicious traditional menus and awesome views, as well as the most popular and classy Restaurant Dvor. The apartment has good heating for the colder winter days and is thus available all of the 365 days. Just below the apartment, there is a sunny promenade which is awesome for walking, jogging, biking and rollerblading.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 persons and there is a sofa for one more person (child). The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and has a safety door, entrance hall with cupboard, living room with large corner sofa (which becomes extra bed), unique glass table with 6 chairs, LCD TV with satellite and cable TV, good WiFi internet, cozy living room is leading to the charmingly decorated terrace with sun loungers, table and eco-friendly chairs, where you can relax and pamper your senses. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, mixer, coffee machine, coffee maker, it really has everything you need for comfortably preparing your meals.
A double bedroom is offering a relaxing sea view and has a large wardrobe, orthopaedic mattress from natural materials with system memory and a charming little sofa seat. Child room with two single beds also has orthopedic mattresses from natural materials, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and a table/desk.
The bathroom has underfloor heating, radiator, shower, washing machine, and good ventilation. Air conditioning and heating are available in all rooms, even in the kitchen.
Extras: baby cot, buggy, high chair, board games, rollerblades for the family n. 38, 39-40 and 45. There are also the hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, ecological cleaning products to keep the apartment clean, ecological liquid soap and hygiene products, toilet paper. In the kitchen, you will find the eco detergents and sponges as well as the eco-friendly dish towels.
