Nestled in the peaceful countryside of Brač Island, Ranch Visoka is a private countryside retreat featuring two self-contained natural stone houses. Designed for families or groups of up to six guests, it offers the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy.
Powered by its own solar energy system, the property combines traditional Mediterranean charm with modern comfort. At its heart is a private 20 m² swimming pool with a sun terrace overlooking the surrounding hills and the sea. Comfortable sun loungers invite you to relax, while the illuminated pool lets you enjoy a refreshing swim beneath the stars.
The spacious outdoor living area is perfect for spending time together. It features a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a traditional stone barbecue, a pizza oven, and a large dining area for unforgettable al fresco meals. Guests also have access to an outdoor shower and separate outdoor toilets.
Set on a private 10,000 m² estate surrounded by olive trees, fig trees, and Mediterranean nature, Ranch Visoka offers complete peace and privacy. During the season, guests are welcome to pick fresh figs and seasonal vegetables from the garden.
The accommodation consists of two stone houses. The larger house features two bedrooms, one with a king bed (180 × 200 cm) and one with bunk beds (90 × 200 cm), while the second house offers a bedroom with a queen bed (160 × 200 cm). Each house has its own living area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a shower, and a wood-burning fireplace for cosy evenings outside the summer season. Bed linen, towels, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi are included.
The property is easily accessible by car, with only the final section of the road being a well-maintained gravel track. Secure private parking is available directly beside the houses.
The nearest crystal-clear beach is approximately 1 km away, while the charming fishing village of Sumartin, with its shops, cafés, and restaurants, is just a 5-minute drive from the property.
Although surrounded by nature, you are never far from assistance. The owner lives nearby and is always available by phone should you need any help during your stay.
