A peaceful eco-friendly Villa with an organic vineyard located in Dalmatian countryside - 400 m above sea level and far away from the tourist crowd.
As its names suggests, Villa Vinea sits at the center of an organic vineyard estate with very special ancient grape varieties. It is situated in Dalmatian hinterland, 400 m above sea level, away from the tourist crowd. This, eco-friendly appointed accommodation wraps around a spacious courtyard and flows out onto organic ”U” pick vegetable garden. Here you’ll find unique traditional seeds of chickpeas and garlic that stayed preserved through generations.
The villa consists of 3 apartments rented as one unit: one apartment of 83 m² with exit to the groundfloor terrace of 80m² , two apartments of 35 m² each with exit to the terrace of 85 m² . It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms , 3 kitchens, an area for dining and a living room. It is suitable for accommodation of 10 people. The whole villa is fully equiped including, TV, Wi-Fi, airconditioner.
Villa Vinea is located in a pure rural ambience offering you a quiet and healthy countryside break. You’ll hear nothing but birds all day long. If you’re lucky you’ll maybe see some rabbits. Green areas surrounding Vinea are perfect for active kids full of energy. Discover hike and bike paths in its surroundings with stunning views, such as trail of health. Visit Trogir – the town museum with many trails of periods under UNESCO’s protection.
Booking advice: Spring and autumn are ideal for green, active and healthy eco-friendly holidays. In April and May everything is blooming, so you can relax yourself among the fragnant flowers or join the family in planting a vegetable organic garden. If you want to feel the wine culture…. take part in one of family’s oldest grape harvesting traditions in September and October!
The prices include: VAT, tourist tax, welcome drink, parking for 7 cars, wi-fi, satellite TV, loungers, wood for barbecue, bathrobes, toiletries, 3 extra beds, baby cot and baby seats on request.
The outdoor pool is operating from May till October.
