This biking tour begins at the top of Vidova Gora, the highest peak of the island Brac, and ends at the seaside.

The path is 22 kilometres long, and it takes about 2:30 hours to cross it. The interesting part of this tour is the diametrically opposite vegetation and climate you will experience on the mountain top and the seaside.

Vidova Gora mountain offers not only the best view on the island, but also pristine nature and a great biking trail. Going down from the mountain, sheltered by the black pines we will be arriving to the last part of the tour – the villages.

We will be passing through Nerezisca - located on the crossroads of the island's main roads and Skrip – the oldest settlement in Brac, where we will visit the Museum of oil. The museum presents the traditional process of olive oil making on the island Brac. The museum of oil exhibits olive mill, olive press, spindle for tightening press screw, bags, fireplace for heating the water and all traditional tools for transport, production and storage of olive oil. Along with a lesson about the most important produce of Brac, you will be able to taste the finest olive oils, local sweet jams and enjoy a welcome aperitif.

After the stop in Skrip we move forward to Splitska – an ancient village that was also a port from where the famous Brac stone was exported from, Postira – to discover its’ beautiful beaches and the final stop, Dol.

As mentioned above, the tour ends in Dol, and its’ famous traditional Kastel Gospodnetic tavern for a light dinner, where you will be able to enjoy a variety of local foods and beverage such as wine and juice, tuna and olive spread, local cheese and prosciutto, vegetable pie and a traditional cake.
