We are proud to offer you a different holiday accommodation in the Porec area – an eco certificated EcoDomus apartment suitable for couples, couples with a baby/child, 2-4 friends. It is partially adapted to people with reduced mobility. As your safety is extremly important to us, we do everything possible to provide you as safest stay as possible. We are officially certified as COVID-19 safe as we have fullfilled all the conditiones needed to be given this two certificates: “Safe stay in Croatia” and “Safe travels”.
Neighborhood
Our holiday apartment is situated in Croatian region called Istria, in a quiet village called Mihatovići, only 3-4 kilometers from croatian tourism centre Poreč and it’s beautiful beaches. Through the village passes a well known “old rail road” called Parenzana, which is a great solution for riding a bike, jogging or simply going for a walk. As there is no public transportation, we offer you 2 bicycles to drive around with free of charge. If you however come by car, one private parking place is availabe for you.
The neighborhood and the property itself are both very quiet and peacefull. The house is situated in a dead end street which means it has almost no traffic. The apartment is actually second half of a family house with its own private entrance and private garden.
Indoor and bedroom
Fully equipped apartment for 2-4 guests, but it best suits for 2 people. It is suitable for a couple, a pair with a baby/child or 2-4 friends.
The whole property is in ground-floor with no barriers, which makes it wheelchair accessible and suitable for elderly, as well for the parents with babies and very young children.
Accommodation consist of 1 bedroom with double bed (sleeps 2) and very comfortable sofa bed in the living area which can accommodate two extra people.
The bedroom is decorated in romantic hues of fuchsia. Includes a double bed, 2 night stands and wardrobe. Bed linen, sheets, blankets and towels are all included. There is a nice “green” view from the bedroom window to the vegetable garden.
The living area
The living space consist of a kitchen, sofa bed and dining table with 4 chairs. A smart TV and air conditioning unit are here to make your stay more comfortable.
Kitchen is fully equipped and includes: complete cutlery and cooking utensils for 4 people, fridge with 1 freezer compartment, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine, mocca coffe pot, electric kettle and dishwasher.
Basic household groceries (salt, sugar, various spices, oil, vinegar, etc.) as well as a welcome package (seasonal fruits / vegetables, mineral water, fruit juice, milk, eggs, fresh bread, etc.) await you at the accommodation.
There will be perhaps even some more surprises waiting for you:)
Entrance hall and the bathroom
All the doors in the apartment are wide enough for wheelchairs to pass, as well as people with walking aids. Only the door leading from the living room to the terrace is narrower, so we left it possible to pass from the outside.
In the entrance hall there is a little shoe cabinet with jacket hanger. There is also a large turquoise wall mirror.
The whole bathroom is partially adapted to persons with reduced mobility, which means there are handrails in the shower and next to the toilet. There is also a shower chair. The sink is mounted at a lower hight.
For guests who stay during colder months, there is a separate heating unit in the bathroom. Toilettries are included.
Iron and ironing board, clothes rack and a washing machine with washing powder are available at site.
Outdoor area
Besides the whole apartment, guests access their own private part of the garden with big terrace. On the terrace there is a whirlpool with water massage loungers for 2 people and 1 water massage seat.
There is also a dining table with 4 chairs, as well as colourful sun loungers. Barbecue grill is also available on the terrace.
Guests may use 1 private parking place free of charge.
Whirlpool is included in price from 01.05.-31.10. Between 01.11. – 15.04. one time fee of 50 € is to be paid additionally.
There are 2 bicycles+child seat available free of charge.

Esperienza bellissima, molto gentile e precisa la padrona di casa. Casa pulitissima. Completa di tutto. Bisogna portarlsi solo i vestiti e due teli da mare. Fornita di biancheria letto, bagno e cucina. Detersivi, dentifricio, spazzolini, frutta, verdura, uova, latte, necessario per colazione, bibite, vino, ecc..... C'è veramente tutto. FANTASTICO!!!! Ed infine giardino privato con idromassaggio FAVOLOSO. GRAZIE mille a Natale per la sua ospitalità e un ulteriore regalo prima di venire a casa. Grazie,grazie,grazie. Dimenticavo tutti prodotti per la pulizia ECO e frutta verdura e vino a km 0, lampadine a basso consumo energetico, raccolta differenziata. È a 5km dalla spiaggia.

Il giardino interno con Vasca idromassaggio è un sogno! Si gode di massima privacy e relax!
E cosa dire di Natascia? La proprietaria ti vizia quotidianamente con le sue prelibatezze e le sue attenzioni ! Un posto dove sentirsi a casa e lasciarsi viziare !
