We are located on the beautiful pebble beach in Podstrana, at the entrance of Split. This seaside village is known for its indented coast lined with attractive beaches. One of these beautiful beaches is located just in front of the hotel and extends into the sea like a cape, offering stunning views of the central Dalmatian islands. By acting locally, Hotel Split helps actively in the cleaning, preservation, and protection of seas, lakes, and rivers on a global level. Our beach lures you to swim in the cleanest sea during the hot summer months. In the colder days, it is an ideal place for a walk or other sports activities, during which you will be surrounded by the relaxing scent and sound of the sea. Whether you are part of the cycling team or an individual cyclist, our professional team will be fully attentive to your cycling needs, as well as provide all the information you might need about hotel services as well as the destination. Located close to the Perun hill, the hotel is right next to the extensive network of cycling trails stretching all over the Dalmatian hinterland with some truly spectacular natural scenery.

The hotel has a collection tank for rainwater, which is used as process water for irrigation of green areas, cleaning of the parking lot, road, surroundings, and promenade. As a part of our green policy, we use a central control system of air conditioning, ventilation, and lighting as well as recuperative heat recovery. We are proud to say that the entire hot water production of 8,000 liters is made by solar energy.
Waste bins for recycling products are located in the corridors of the hotel, all cleaning products are biodegradable, hygiene products are pH-neutral and have an eco-certificate. The lighting of the hotel was designed in the energy-saving LED technology, while ecological and recycled materials are used in daily operation. There is a no-smoking policy inside the hotel. All of our rooms use the “smart rooms” system to reduce energy usage.
