The house is located on the northern side of the island of Pašman, near the town of Pašman.
From the main road, where the car is left, after 100m of asphalt, a hiking trail leads 300m uphill to the house.
The house is one room of 8m2 with a capacity of 2 people, a folding bed for a child can be added on request.

You cannot see the sea from the house itself because it is hidden by the forest from all views and neighbors who are 300m away as the crow flies. The area around the house is a landscaped olive grove, vineyard, fruit trees and various plants on a plot of 3300 m2.

Electricity is on the solar system only for lighting and charging mobile phones.

The kitchen is a separate unit from the house equipped with a gas stove and a gas refrigerator, the kitchen is fully equipped with dishes. The water is in a tank that is heated by the sun and needs to be topped up from the cistern that is part of the house. There is also a wood-burning grill next to the house.

The shower is organized in such a way that the water is heated by the sun in the tank, it needs to be topped up from the cistern, and next to the house there is a space for personal hygiene.
