A fisherman's house to spend your holidays in the Robinson spirit. Close to the sea, it has 2 double bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed leading to a terrace, a kitchen and a bathroom. It has been completely renovated, with nice adapted decoration. The roof is arranged as a terrace with a panoramic view. A barbecue at the house invites pleasant meal overlooking the sea, just enjoy!
As in all the houses of this type, the water comes from a tank, it is to be used sparingly; solar energy provides 12 volts of electricity, it is possible to charge the batteries of small devices like cameras and mobile phones. Stove is gas powered, and fridge as 220W.
This house was formerly inhabited by indigenous who lived by fishing and olive trees. You feel disoriented in the unique atmosphere in this ideal environment for true relaxation in harmony with nature: the sea, the sun, olives, fish ...a return to authentic vacation!
The bay is green with pine and olive trees; many dry stone walls and rocks along the sea complete the landscape. In the bay, there are 8 houses and a couple of typical restaurants proposing fresh local food (fish). There are a few local monkeys walking around. You can climb up to the hill where the church is rebuit, and get a famous view on Kornati National park. There are more stone pathways to explore the island.
There is a possibility to rent a small boat.
Access: the island is 12 miles and 14 miles from Biograd and Murter. The transfer is done at the start of Murter by private boat (there is no public transport). It is organized by the owner an paid additionally (Murter-Zut-Murter is all together 170€). Departure is early in the morning. The groceries and drinking water buying is organized in Murter before departure. Your car remains in Murter by the owner (no charge).
Possible to deliver gorceries from Murter (once per week) depending on boat availability and weather conditions (charge requested from the delivery boat).
The house has wood heating and can be rented at all times of the year (on request).
