Our small off grid house is build in synergy with nature. Originally it was made for short brake for family when we are working in olive trees
My family is producing olive oil and property where house located is olive tree garden. Originally the house was build as storage for tools and short brake after hard work. It is made for matching with traditional stones and nature.
House is located on the property of 1 H of olives trees, out of the village, 1 km far away from the closest neighbors, but still just 5 min from the Beach, restaurants, Supermarket, fish market...
House is 100% of grid. Electric energy is camming from the solar panels, as well as hot water. There is underground water tank, with drinkable rain water. You can enjoy in all electric devices like dishwasher, smart TV, fridge, freezer, play station....everything powered by the energy from the sun.
When you close the gate of property, you can enjoy in 10 000m2 property planted with olive trees.
Doesn't matter do you want to do joga, trail run, climbing, or just enjoy under the tree lying in the hamak, this is a perfect place to run out of the urban life or crowd tourist places.
Behind the house, you can find small garden with tomato, cucumbers...and all kind of seasonal vegetables, which guests can pick up and prepare salat whit our homemade olive oil.
If you are traveling with the kids, they will like to spend the day on our small playground with swing, darts, trampoline and table tennis, or they can practice with bow and arrow.
If you prefer local food, you can buy a fish from the local fish market and prepare them on the barbecue, or take a short walk and pick up some figs from trees.
If you preferer cycling, you can discover more than 20 km of local cycling paths.
