The villa has the surface area of approximately 130 m2 and 660 m2 of garden area with heated swimming pool. An antic wall from Venetian era (height of about 3,5 m) forms the eastern boundary courtyard and is a part of city walls, while the southern border is an antic wall from Roman era which is also a part of city walls. With regard to the walls, vegetation and its location, the property offers a great privacy. You can enjoy the shade of the old pine trees, watch the bay and the sail boats just few meters away, or you can just walk to the beach which is only 250 meters away.

The renovated villa provides 130m² of living space and can accommodate seven people. The villa consists of a kitchen, living room, bedroom, hallway and bathroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms, a bathroom and a hallway on the upper floor. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a hob, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and ice maker machine. The living room has a dining and a sitting area. Wood for the fireplace is provided free of charge. The first bedroom has a king's size bed (160 x 200cm). The second bedroom has king's size bed (160 x 200cm). The third has double bed (180x200cm), sofa bed for 2 persons (160x200cm) and extra bed. In addition, a cot is also available. The two modern bathrooms have a shower and toilet. All the rooms in the villa can be heated and air conditioned. There is a free wireless high speed internet connection.

If you like to hike there is the mountain Osorčica with the highest peak of 588 meters.

Interesting fact is that once the islands Cres and Lošinj were actually one island named Lošinj, before Osor channel was dug. Nowdays Osor lies at channel that separates islands Cres and Lošinj. Islands are connected with a rotating bridge. The channel was build by Romans to make sailing possible through the channel. Osor is an open-air museum where you can find ancient town square surrounded by beautiful buildings from XV and XVI centuries, Bishop's palace, cathedral and bell tower from the early Christian era. Through the town you can encounter many sculptures left behind by the great croatian artist Ivan Meštrović. During the summer months the town becomes open-air stage for Osor Musical Event, which has been held every year in the summer since 1976.

Ein antic Wand aus venezianischen Zeit (Höhe ca. 3,5 m) bildet die östliche Grenze Innenhof und ist ein Teil der Stadtmauer, während die Südgrenze ist ein antic Wand von der römische Zeit, die auch ein Teil der Stadtmauer. Im Hinblick auf die Wände, Vegetation und seiner Lage ist die Villa bietet viel Privatsphäre. Sie können sich im Schatten der Kiefern, die Bucht schauen und das Segelboote nur wenige Meter entfernt, oder sie können einfach zu Fuß ist der Strand nur 250 m entfernt.

Die Villa besteht aus voll ausgestattete Küche, Wohn- / Esszimmer, Schlafzimmer, Flur und Bad im Erdgeschoss und zwei Schlafzimmer, Bad und Flur im Obergeschoss. Die Villa ist mit Holzofen, SAT-TV, DVD-Player, Radio mit CD- und MP3-Player, Eiswürfelbereiter, Espressomaschine und Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern ausgestattet. Die Villa liegt direkt gegenüber dem kleinen Yachthafen, wo Sie Ihre Segelboote und größere Motorboote zu platzieren. Die Villa ist mit dem Auto oder mit dem Boot erreichbar.

Interessante Tatsache ist, dass wenn der Inseln Cres und Lošinj waren eigentlich einer Insel Lošinj, bevor Osor Kanal gegraben wurde. Die Fundamente der Stadtmauer enthüllen die altertümliche Geschichte, deren Spuren bis zur Urgeschichte ins 9.Jh. vor Chr. Unterkunftskapazitäten Osor liegt am Kanal, der die Inseln Cres und Lošinj. Inseln sind verbunden mit beweglicher Brücke. Der Kanal wurde von den Römern zu bauen, um Segeln möglich. Osor ist ein Museum im Freien, wo finden Sie antike Stadt Platz umgeben von wunderschönen Gebäuden aus dem 15. und 16.
