It is a perfect location for total relaxation, with a calming sea view, impressive sunsets and a private beach. Analea is a seafront apartment, so you can fall asleep and wake up by listening to gentle sounds of waves.
This type of accommodation provides very authentic holidays in "Robinson Crusoe style", but without losing your comfort. It is situated at a location that is not easily accessible, but in return, peace, quiet, untouched nature and clean sea are guaranteed. Access is possible by car or by boat. Distance to which you can approach a property by a car: 20m - by a boat: 80m. Gravel road: 4500m. We suggest you buy all of the necessities prior to your arrival. The nearest store is located 4500m away.
Electricity is obtained from the sun and the hot water is provided through solar collectors. We would kindly ask you to use the resources wisely. Water is obtained only from the rainfall and consequently, we fully depend upon the rain, so we need to be resourceful. Your hosts reside in the house in the nearby village during your stay and they are always available for any questions and help.
The apartment is situated in a picturesque Dalmatian village called Gdinj, on the southern side of the Hvar island, 45 min drive from the city of Hvar. Gdinj is located by the main road, east of the village called Zastražišće. There are numerous charming stone houses, picturesque balconies, and courtyards, with aromatic plants radiating their scents. In Gdinj you can also find restaurants and taverns serving delicious seafood directly from local fishermen.
A family-friendly pebble beach in a bay Svrhovi dolac is only 50 meters away. Your children can enjoy swimming and snorkeling the entire day while you can safely relax.
