Beautifully furnished private apartment (50m2) located in Uvala Lapad, one of Dubrovnik's most fashionable promenades, surrounded by Mediterranean greenery. Beaches are located 5 minutes from the apartment, while the large supermarket "Tommy", great local restaurants & cafe bars are 2 minutes from the apartment. Bus station is located just on your doorstep and from which is 10 minute ride to the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Bank and post office are 5 minutes away by walk.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 4 persons. It is fully equipped and stylishly furnished. It is a self catering facility equipped with a spacious living and dinning room with satellite TV, radio, A/C, internet, complete bathroom with shower, washing machine, iron and hairdryer. Kitchen has all necessary additives including coffemaker, toaster and microwave. Also, there is a private parking place - in front of the building.

This area offers a choice of restaurants and coffee shops as well as shopping area and multiple sports activities (tennis, watersports, various playgrounds & activities for children and pleasant walking areas).
Easily accessible, it is linked to the old town by a direct bus line running every 10 min. By foot it takes 20-25 min to reach the Old town of Dubrovnik.
