Yes it is possible! To be plunged into the nature and to be secluded in peace, only 8 km from the centre of Varazdin, close to route Maribor – Zagreb. We have created the Enchanting Hill as a cosy air-conditioned house of three bedrooms, separate bathrooms and two toilets, living room and kitchen/dining room with a spectacular view in each season. The house is situated in the end of a blind street, surrounded by nature.
The house can accommodate 6 people.
It has:
•3 bedrooms - two with double beds, one with separate beds
•2 bathrooms - one with the shower, other one with bathtub
•2 separate toilets

•heating (radiators and fireplace)
•air conditioning
•fully equipped kitchen: gas cooker, oven, dishwasher, big fridge and utensils
•spectacular view on nature and a forest in all seasons

The property is over 4000 m2 big with:
• an orchard,

•spacious bower,
•a big outside built BBQ,
•a heated 10x4 m pool (available 1.5. - 1.10.)
• spa zone with hot tub and infrared sauna (available whole year)
We have 4 mountain bikes and 2 electric bikes at your disposal.
Dogs are very welcome.
The Enchanted Hill has only recently been made available as a vacation rental. For several years, it was an immaculately cared part time family home. And that love and care is what makes Enchanted Hill special among family retreats. It is what you really want for your family – clean, beautiful, inviting, warm and wonderful. You will feel like you are in your very own home. We do prefer renters who understand and respect that this is our house and not a hotel, as most home owners would do the same.
When you are here you are truly in a very private and peaceful setting with lots of space.
Everything you are about to see on the Hill is our idea - you will feel special energy in carefully designed exterior and interior. Caring about the environment and recycling is a part of our life style, so we could spend hours and hours telling you stories about how we saved some pieces of furniture from being destroyed. Our family legacy got the breath of a fresh air combined with some new quality pieces – just to make it a cozy and unique place for unique people – like you.
