Minimalism close to Sounio Temple

A delightful, light and quiet 200m2 house on the edge of the National Park of Sounion. Suitable for couples/families/friends/small wandering groups/ small sport groups.
Built over three levels : 3 bedrooms and a very big bathroom on one level, the kitchen, dining and living space on the next level and another almost autonomous space with an open bedroom and living space, a bathroom and a terrasse with sea view.
Built with respect to the ecological characteristics of the region. Fully autonomous through solar energy. A garden of 3000m2 with strictly native trees and plants: olive and smaller trees, with thyme, oregano, lavender and more. For those wanting some exercise there is also a basketball-half court and a tischtennis table. If you like gardening, we ll be happy for your help.
The house is the ideal place for persons asking for calm holidays in the nature. You ll enjoy here the best sleep of your life, (in excellent cocomat-sleep-in-nature-matresses, with only some sheep waking you up late in the morning.

Directly in front of the very well known for their beauty hills of the national park, 2.5km from the cleanest beaches of Attica and 6km from the impressive Temple of Poseidon. Easy accessible directly from the airport without need to pass through the city, 1 hour from Athens (public bus available). Close to Lavrio city/port with ferries to Cyclades islands.
The house is located outside a small, very lively, but at the same time very quiet little village(1 klm) with several tavernas offering high quality local cuisine.
2.5 km from the cleanest beaches of Attica and 6 km from the impressive Temple of Poseidon.
40 minutes from the airport, 1 hour from Athens (public bus available). Near Lavrio town / harbor with ferries to Cyclades islands.
We have our bicycles there, which you could use if you like to.
A cleaning service will be available once a week during your stay. For free.
Pets are welcome, there is a dog house in the garden. But sorry, they must be kept strictly outside the house.Depending on the number of persons renting the house one or more bedrooms will be kept closed and our personal things will be kept there.
