Reservation: A deposit of 30% of the stay is required to confirm the reservation (or full payment, if preferred). Balance: The remaining amount is payable on the day of arrival, in cash or via SumUp (credit card). Cancellation: Full refund if canceled at least 3 days before arrival. Late cancellation (less than 3 days before arrival) or no-show: The full amount of the stay is due.
