Orchard Barns are at the heart of an old Sussex village, right on the edge of open countryside. The twin holiday homes face west, enjoying expansive views and stunning sunsets throughout the year. Mareda sleeps up to four in air-conditioned luxury, with a king-sized bedroom plus a king-sized sleeping mezzanine with a skylight for star-gazing on clear nights. Adjoining Russet has one king-sized bedroom. The two units can be linked by a gate, offering stylish hosting for up to six people.

House Rules
We prefer not to set too many rules as we want you to enjoy your stay in your own way. However, we ask that you consider neighbouring properties when playing music, and avoid playing loud music outside. We keep a guest register, as required by law under the Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972. On arrival, we need to take a note of the name, address, and nationality of any overnight guest aged 16 or over (and passport details for non-British/Irish/Commonwealth nationals). Where we are required to take a note of passport details, we do this in your presence, noting only the passport number and place of issue, and without taking an image of your passport. We never use these details for marketing purposes, and we store them only in paper form for a limited time, to ensure that your data protection rights are respected. Please bear in mind that while the holiday let is in the countryside, and it is usually very peaceful, some farming operations are noisy (and very occasionally smelly) and can take place during unsociable hours out of necessity. The local owls can be rather vocal too! Please note that smoking and vaping are not allowed inside our properties. Any events or commercial photography are by prior written agreement only and attract additional fees where we decide, at our discretion, to accommodate such activities. We do not accommodate pets, but children, including babies, are welcome.
