Tre Warn Ugens
Aimed at walkers, cyclists and bus users, and near the SW coastpath, Nanjizal, Porthgwarra, Porthcurno and the Minack. We're not a beauty on the outside but light & cosy inside and with a veganic veggie patch and polytunnel.
A bright south facing double bedroom with your own private small bathroom with bath & shower over in a comfortable, light and relaxing 1950's semi on a small rural estate. As well as the double bed, theres a single floor mattress that can be used if extra sleeping space needed - it just about fits into the bedroom!
Breakfast is simple, vegan and organic, with plentiful homemade bread and local jams and fruit in season.
You're welcome to make yourself at home throughout the kitchen/diner and living room and to cook – though vegan only please. I’m happy to supply veganic veggies if available, from the plot. And IF I’m cooking, you’re welcome to share an evening meal should you wish ....... but please don't base your visit on expectation of being fed! and I can sometimes provide sandwiches/vegan pasties for your lunches.
Well-behaved dogs are very welcome but PLEASE CHECK first.
The dining room has double doors onto an area of decking and a wildlife friendly secure back garden with grass and pond, which dogs can use.
PLEASE DO note our rurality – there are no local shops within easy walking distance and only one place to eat (lovely pub 20 mins walk across fields).
The house runs on the basic principle of avoiding consumerist profligacy - eg: don't expect ever so pretty but wasteful single use toiletries or breakfast foods!
Please note that theres a bonkers collie in situ - very friendly but definitely not a calming influence - if you want serenity, you might be disappointed!
