Inside the Studio
Living Area: A bright, open-plan space with vaulted ceilings, solar-powered skylights, and French doors opening to a sun-soaked courtyard. The space is furnished with cozy seating (including a sofa bed), a Samsung Frame Smart TV, and a well-stocked welcome drinks station. A rustic-style dining table seats four.
Bedroom: Enjoy restful nights in a sustainably sourced king-size bed from Warren Evans. High ceilings, solar-lit skylights, and a serene view of the nearby church add charm. Included: quality linens, bathrobes, extra blankets, and a Roberts Bluetooth radio/alarm clock.
Hallway: Welcoming guests with a curated selection of local artwork, a stocked info tray, and essentials like yoga mats and beach towels stowed in a restored church pew bench.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with a gas hob, microwave/oven combo, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, and KitchenAid blender. Enjoy a Lavazza coffee machine and French press. A cozy breakfast nook completes the space. Guests receive a locally sourced seasonal breakfast welcome pack, included with every stay. Laundry facilities also available.
Bathroom: Features a bath, shower, eco-conscious toiletries, and plush towels.

Located within the grounds of the host’s historic family home, the property offers peace, privacy, and a warm welcome — ideal for couples, solo travelers, or new parents.
