The idyllic location in the heart of Royal Deeside offers a range countryside activities such as shooting, fishing and walking as well as access to both the Scottish highlands and the Granite City.

Large circular sitting room with wood burning stove and access onto decked area outside overlooking the burn.
Spacious eating area with dining table and 6 chairs.
Fully fitted modern kitchen with brand new inbuilt oven and microwave, dishwasher, washer dryer, coffee machine and large fridge freezer.
Master bedroom with solid oak flooring with super king size bed which can be separated into two 3 ft singles and fitted wardrobes.
