The accommodation, built on the remains of the miller's former cottages, is the only one with a smaller footprint today than it was two hundred years ago. Construction and restoration were carried out by local artisans using locally sourced materials, fully recycling all existing elements.
The meadows are home to bees, sheep, and goats, ensuring their ecological maintenance and preserving the landscape's original character.
