Article 1: object
This contract is intended for the exclusive use of booking stays in guest rooms. The best welcome will be reserved for our guests. We are committed to personally welcoming holidaymakers with all the necessary attentions to facilitate their stay and get to know the region.
Article 2 - Duration of stay - Dates
The reservation is for the period indicated on the reservation confirmation email.
The customer signing this contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances invoke any right to remain in the premises.
Article 3- Prices:
The only contractual rates are those displayed on the Fairbooking site.
Prices are inclusive of all taxes, including tourist tax. They include the provision of bed and bathroom linen and breakfast as well as access to the nature spa.
Article 4 - Deposit and booking confirmation
To validate your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the rental amount is requested; it is deductible from the total price of the stay and from your invoice. It is cashed upon receipt and it is upon receipt of the deposit and receipt of the signed reservation contract or quote that your reservation will be firm. Article 5 - Cancellation by the customer
If you wish to cancel your reservation, we ask that you send us a letter or email.
a) If the cancellation occurs more than 15 days before the start of the stay, the deposit will be refunded to you, deduction of fees charged by the bank,
-If the cancellation occurs between the 15th and the 7th day before the start of the stay, the deposit will be refunded at 50%, deduction of fees charged by the bank,
-If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the stay, the deposit will be retained, knowing that we reserve the right to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation.
b) If you do not show up before 8:30 p.m. on the scheduled day of the start of the stay (unless you have notified us of a possible delay), the rental will be canceled and the room or the cottage will be re-let. We will keep your deposit and we can claim the balance of the price of the accommodation from you.
c) In the event of a shortened stay, we will keep the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation. Additional services not consumed will be reimbursed.
We draw your attention to the fact that no cancellation insurance is included in our prices.
In the particular context of a pandemic, you will be fully reimbursed upon proof: government or prefectural decision, hospitalization or quarantine, medical certificate.
Article 6 - Cancellation by the owner
If we cancel the stay before its start, we will inform you by email or registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or email and you will be immediately refunded the sums paid. In the particular context of a pandemic, you will be fully reimbursed.
Failure to comply with the health protocol will be an immediate cause for cancellation of the contract. In this case, there will be no refund possible.
Article 7 - Arrival and departure

Check-out time from the rooms is 12 noon. After 12 noon, you will be charged an additional night.
Article 8 - Breakfasts
Breakfasts are served between 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
Article 9 - Payment of the balance
Payment of the balance will be requested by email 15 days before your arrival. You can then pay the balance by Stripe, by bank transfer or contact us for payment by bank check, cash or holiday vouchers.
If the balance is not paid before the due date, the reservation will become void and we will keep your deposit.
Article 10- Payment
We accept: credit card payments, ancv holiday vouchers, cash in euros, bank transfers. Foreign checks are not accepted.
For foreign countries, we ask to pay us the deposit by bank transfer when signing the contract (an RIB will be attached to the contract). Any transfer costs are entirely your responsibility; we thank you for specifying it to your bank when requesting a transfer; otherwise we would be forced to ask you for them on your arrival.
Article 11 - Tourist tax
The tourist tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner who then transfers it to the public treasury. This tax is included in the price. For 2020, its amount is 0.60 € / day / person.
Article 12 - Use of the premises
We leave the dining room, the kitchen and the herbal tea and happy time area, the terrace, the garden and the meadow at your disposal. A bicycle shelter is also available.
These places are common spaces. Also, for the well-being of all, we ask you to leave them clean and tidy, to collect your cigarette butts and to use the ashtray provided, to tidy the chairs, to store your shoes in your rooms and in them. coolers in the kitchen. Article 11 - Inventory
An inventory is drawn up jointly and signed by the tenant and the owner or his representative on arrival and departure from the gîte. The state of cleanliness of the lodging on the arrival of the customer must be noted in the inventory of fixtures. The cleaning of the premises is the responsibility of the customer during the rental period and before his departure. The amount of any cleaning costs at the end of the stay is set at 60 €.
Any complaint relating to the inventory of fixtures and the state of the description during a rental, must be submitted to the classification body within 3 days of entering the premises. Any other complaint must also be sent to him as soon as possible, by letter. In the event of a persistent disagreement, the disputes may be submitted to arbitration by the classification body, which will endeavor to find an amicable settlement.
Article 12 - Use of the premises

Article 13 - Security deposit
On arrival of the tenant, a security deposit, the amount of which is set at € 400, is requested by the owner on arrival. In the event of early departure (prior to the time mentioned on this contract) preventing the establishment of the inventory on the same day of the tenant's departure, the security deposit is returned by the owner within a period not exceeding not 15 days.

Article 14 - Insurance

Article 16- Payment of charges
At the end of the stay, the tenant must pay the owner for charges not included in the price. Included are water, electricity at the rate of 8 kWh / day. Beyond this consumption, electricity will be billed at 0.15 € / kWh.
Article 17 - Animals
Animals are not allowed. In the event of the departure of a customer motivated by the refusal of his animal, no refund can be considered.
