Your ground-floor apartment (rated 3 stars and awarded the "Gîtes de France" label with 3 ears of corn) is exclusively for your use. We live year-round on the first floor, so the garden is shared with us, but completely private and protected by 3.5 m walls. It's a haven shared with the discreet owners. There is only one rental unit, so you will be the sole residents of the villa.

The highlight of the villa is its landscaped garden, a veritable open-air orchard:
- Apricot, fig, apple, cherry, quince, grapevines, and raspberry bushes await you, depending on the season.
- Aromatic Herbs: Help yourself to rosemary, thyme, basil, peppermint, lemongrass, verbena, and bay leaves to enhance your barbecue dishes or infusions.
LPO Refuge — Our garden is a certified biodiversity refuge by the League for the Protection of Birds (LPO): a preserved natural setting, ideal for observing local birds.
Relaxation: A swimming pool (5m in diameter and 1.2m deep) for cooling off with child safety features. A large shaded pergola with a barbecue area for al fresco dining. A relaxation corner. 3.5m high stone walls protect this very peaceful garden, offering complete privacy from neighbors.
🛋️ The Interior Space:
- Living Area: A large, bright, and air-conditioned (A++) 54m² living room with exposed beams and a professional foosball table. A 140x190cm sofa bed is available for two additional guests.
- Fully equipped kitchen: Everything you need for cooking is provided (large refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, small appliances) and for breakfast (Nespresso-type aluminum pod coffee machine, filter coffee maker, kettle). Please note: there is no dishwasher.
- Bedroom: Air-conditioned room (A++) with a hotel-quality queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a large open wardrobe. Beds are made upon arrival and linens are provided.
- Bathroom with a large walk-in shower (116x85 cm), vanity unit, illuminated and anti-fog mirror, towel warmer, hairdryer, and toilet. Eco-friendly towels, shampoo, and shower gel are provided.
Connectivity: Ultra-fast fiber optic internet (100 Mbps) with RJ45 Ethernet cable and Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi is also available throughout the garden. The dining table overlooking the garden is also perfect for working from home.

Transportation: Valergues train station is a 7-minute walk away. Montpellier is only 15 minutes away by regional train (TER). A9 motorway access is 15 minutes away.

In the village, enjoy beautiful walks in the Valergues forest and along the fitness trail. For cyclists, the greenway passes through the village. The village center features a charming bell tower and typical southern-style narrow streets.

Payment Schedule: - 50% of the total amount is due at the time of booking. - The remaining amount must be paid 7 days prior to arrival. Security Deposit: €500, payable 2 days prior to arrival and refunded 3 days after departure. In case of cancellation, the security deposit is refundable. Cancellation Policy: - 100% of prepaid amounts are refundable for cancellations made 14 days or earlier prior to arrival. - 50% of prepaid amounts are refundable for cancellations made 7 days or earlier prior to arrival. - 0% refundable for cancellations made after this time.
