Villa Gai Moulin is a contemporary 300 m² villa available for exclusive rental, just for your group—up to 14 people. Nestled in the peaceful Savoyard countryside in Rumilly, just 10 minutes from Lake Annecy and 15 minutes from the Aix-les-Bains thermal baths, it's the ideal base for exploring Haute-Savoie, with its lakes, mountains, and ski resorts (La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand, etc., less than an hour away).
The villa features 5 bedrooms, including a master suite, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, and a spacious, bright living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Outside, there's a 7,000 m² enclosed and landscaped garden with a heated swimming pool, a large terrace, a barbecue, a fire pit, and a pétanque court. Wi-Fi, home automation, reversible air conditioning, linens provided, private parking, and an automatic gate: everything is designed for a relaxing stay with family or friends. Pets are welcome upon request.

Payment and Cancellation Terms
A 30% deposit is required upon booking to confirm your stay (non-refundable). The remaining 70% is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival; full payment is required upon booking if arrival is made less than 30 days prior. This is a firm and final booking: no free cancellations or refunds will be issued for cancellations made by the traveler, regardless of the reason. Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended. A security deposit of €800 (Swikly credit card authorization or bank transfer) is required before key collection. Minimum stay: 3 nights. Tourist tax not included.
