Payment and Cancellation Terms
Cancellation more than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date: refund of the deposit paid, less a €15 processing fee. Cancellation between 7 and 4 days before the scheduled arrival date: the deposit is retained. Cancellation less than 72 hours before the arrival date or no-show on the day of arrival: 100% of the total cost of the stay will be charged. This will result in the cancellation of the remainder of the booked stay.
