Welcome to our house located in the heart of the beautiful Cathar countryside - a completely renovated and modernized wine barn where we have created four charming and very comfortable rooms. Each unique with their own warm style and color combination. Each room has a King size bed of very high quality and private bathroom.
Each room has direct access to a beautiful roof terrace with panoramic views on the sunflower fields and Pyrenees. Each morning enjoy a fresh, organic full breakfast, served on the terrace that offers stunning views of the valley with its vineyards. Relax in the cozy sitting room with bookcase and various games. Relax in one of the relaxing corners in our garden. Enjoy the tranquility and the view with a delicious glass of local wine. Our and your ecological footprint? Autonomous in energy thanks to our solar panels and our water collection. Using only local organic products and vegetables from our garden.

Stay at Pax & Amor completely centrally located in Cathar country. North of us you will discover the Cité of Carcassonne, les 4 Châteaux de Lastours and many medieval villages in the wine region Le Minervois.
Heading west you will discover the region of Mirepoix with its artisan market, Foix and a little further you will visit the beautiful city of Toulouse.
To the east you will pass through the Corbières with its rugged nature, ancient abbeys and reach the coastal areas of la Clape and Fitou where the vineyards reach down to the sea. A day at the sea is not to be missed during your stay with us. A day at the beach or a visit to the cities : Narbonne, Beziers or Gruissan and let yourself be surprised by the cozy streets.
South of us are the Pyrenees. Many old Cathar villages and castles are within easy reach and history with its mysteries can still be felt here. There are many activities to do including hiking, biking, cycling, canoeing, horseback riding and in winter you can even take a trip to the ski slopes.
Also discover the longest Carnaval du Monde in Limoux every year from January to March.
If you don't mind going a little further, you can reach Andorra and Barcelona.
Lot's of things to do directly from the B&B: hiking, mountainbiking or cycling (E-bike possible to rent on spot)

The people here are very kind, and he is especially an excellent cook — I highly recommend trying his dishes. The pool is fabulous, the view is beautiful, and the rooms are comfortable. I truly recommend this place.
