With space for 10 people, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, porch with beautiful views of the Guadalquivir valley and the Sierra Norte de Sevilla.
The property has 10 hectares of organic olive groves where you can walk and relax without having to meet anyone.
We have a horse and a donkey, which the little ones can approach and pet.
We offer board games to laugh and connect with your children, family or friends as we did a few years ago...
In addition, the environment offers multiple activities for those passionate about sports and nature. There are numerous hiking and cycling routes in the area, although the star sport is paramotoring, as the José Torán reservoir offers an ideal environment and conditions for its practice.
Other adventure activities can also be carried out such as: kayaking, paintball, horseback riding or quad biking, archery...
The Sierra Morena Natural Park in Seville is less than half an hour away and a little further away is the Sierra de Hornachuelos Natural Park. Unique natural enclaves, a Biosphere reserve, with natural monuments and great biological diversity.
The house is rented in its entirety, at €250/night. Minimum stay: 2 nights in low season, 3 nights on long weekends, and 4 nights during Easter, Christmas and the summer months.
Deposit of €200. Pets: €20. Firewood: €5/night. Discount of €50 from the total for bringing your own sheets and towels.
Check-in time between 1pm and 8pm. Check-out time between 10am and 4pm.

Payment and Cancellation Terms
To formalize the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation must be paid by bizum or bank transfer. A deposit of €200 is required, which must be paid along with the rest of the reservation, at the latest 4 days before entering the house. Cancellation is possible up to 15 days before the date of entry; between 15 and 7 days, 50% of the deposit is returned; and with less than 7 days, the deposit is not returned.
