Designed for families and small groups of up to 8 guests, the villa offers spacious terraces, a private pool, stunning sea views, and comfortable living spaces:
Two twin bedrooms (two single beds each)
One double bedroom with a large bed
One king-size bedroom with enough space to add two single beds
All main bedrooms are located on the same level, near the entrance, and are served by two spacious bathrooms. Only two rooms offer direct sea views.
For larger groups (up to 14 guests), we offer an additional sleeping area located on the pool level (-2). This area is separate from the main villa, equipped with air conditioning and blackout curtains. Please note: the bathroom and shower for this area are external.
Extra services are available on request: home grocery delivery, private chef, car and boat rentals, transfer services, and catering.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property. There are no shared spaces. The house includes air conditioning, Gym, BBQ zone fully equipped , two swiming pool, solarium, Wi-Fi, TV, a fully equipped kitchen (with utensils, fridge, oven, dishwasher), washing machine, towels, and bed linen. Every room is designed for comfort and privacy.
