Payment terms: 20% of the total amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining amount is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation policy: 10% of the deposit is refundable if cancelled 30 days or earlier prior to arrival. 0% refund for later cancellations. Security deposit policy: A security deposit of EUR 500 is due upon payment of the remaining amount. Refund within 10 banking days after the end of the rental period.
