Welcome to Finca Ocelote, a bioecological retreat located in the community of Camarones, Manabí,
next to the Jama-Coaque Reserve.

Wake up to the sounds of the rainforest, explore trails surrounded by forest, swim in natural waterfalls, and
enjoy disconnecting, far from the noise, screens, and fast pace of the city.
Our farm is part of a forest conservation and regeneration project. We cultivate coffee,
cacao, fruits, and vegetables using permaculture principles, supporting biodiversity and the development of the
local community.
The Accommodation
The house is an open, eco-friendly structure, designed to blend into the landscape and minimize its
environmental impact.
It features:
* Capacity for groups of up to 20 people.
* Private and shared rooms.
* Fully equipped kitchen.
* Full bathrooms.
* Common areas with hammocks. From the farm, you'll have access to trails, rivers, and waterfalls. You can also visit nearby beaches like Punta Blanca and discover one of the most biodiverse ecosystems on the Ecuadorian coast.
Experience a regenerative project. We work alongside local families to offer experiences that directly benefit the local economy. Each reservation contributes to forest conservation and strengthens the community of Camarones. Finca Ocelote is perfect for:

Before booking: We want you to have the best possible experience, so it's important that you understand the unique character of this place. Finca Ocelote is an off-grid experience designed for living in harmony with nature.
Our eco-friendly construction is open and integrated into the forest. It's perfectly normal to find frogs, toads, moths, beetles, forest cockroaches, spiders, bats, and occasionally snakes and other amphibians native to the ecosystem during your stay. These animals are part of the forest's natural balance and are not an attraction, but rather the environment in which you will experience life during your visit.
We do not have access to electricity, internet, or cell phone service. We use rechargeable LED lighting and spring water. Disconnecting is part of the experience.
If you're looking for air conditioning, television, constant internet access, or urban comforts, this probably isn't the right place for you.
But if you want to hear the forest instead of the traffic, gaze at a sky full of stars, walk among ancient trees, and spend a few days immersed in nature, we would be delighted to welcome you.
Finca Ocelote is not a hotel. It's an experience of living in harmony with one of Ecuador's most extraordinary forests.
