Dive down and enjoy the peace and quiet in the natural environment. In the wooden house there is a living room with a fireplace, 1 bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. It is in a 1,000 m² garden with a view of the greenery, in a very quiet location on the Tettau trout river.
The house is centrally located in a 1,000 m² orchard and is ideal for spending time as a couple. It is in a very quiet, secluded location with a view of the greenery. The garden is bordered by the river on the east side. The wooden house is built in a compact design with a gable roof. There is a total of approx. 55 m² of living space available. The living room (approx. 36 m²) has large, floor-to-ceiling windows to the south, the clear height there at the ridge beam is almost 4 m and gives you a generous feeling of space.
The living room with its wood-burning stove is the heart of the house, it provides pleasant warmth in the cold season and creates a cozy atmosphere. Atmosphere for evenings for two. There are slate elements on the fireplace, the shell is coated with clay, once heated it creates pleasant radiant heat for the whole day. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows you have a view of the orchard and the trout river.
A bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a double bed complete the offer.
The Tettau Valley long-distance cycle path leads through the Tettau Valley nature reserve and almost past the property. There are plenty of other cycling and hiking trails, for example you can reach the Tettau Valley nature reserve along the Tettau (source is close to the Rennsteig) after almost 17 km by bike or on foot to the Rennsteig hiking trail to the "Cold Kitchen". There, the Rennsteig hiking trail coming from Thuringia continues in the Franconian Forest, later crossing the former inner-German border several times.
The "Green Belt" runs east along the village, crossing the Tettau Valley in the south. The village is surrounded by forests and meadows.
Heinersdorf is one of the oldest villages in the district of Sonneberg and is surrounded by forest. Heinersdorf was first mentioned in a document in 1071 as a market town in Radenzgau. It is the only place in the municipality that has market rights. Worth seeing are the Evangelical Marienkirche with an image of the Mother of God (Catholic) and the memorial site "Former Border" between Heinersdorf and Welitsch (Bavaria).
