The 4* holiday apartment was renovated in 2020 with a lot of passion, largely using natural materials, and is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house in the Feldwies district, a sought-after residential area, outside the town center in the climatic health resort of Übersee am Chiemsee.
The approx. 75 sqm top floor loft has a spacious living-dining area with a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious south-facing balcony with a view of our local mountains.
The separate bedroom impresses with its local traditional modernity and, when lying down, offers a view of the Upper Bavarian starry sky with the option of shooting stars. If you cross the hallway, you reach the bathroom and laundry room.
Washing machine, towels, bed linen, a parking space in front of the house are freely available and are included in the price.

The well-developed infrastructure of the climatic health resort of Übersee has a train station and motorway connection with direct connections to Salzburg and Munich, various doctors, pharmacies, supermarkets, organic food stores, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, bars, ice cream parlors, etc.
The lake and harbor, the Übersee lido, including a beach bar with a sandy beach, a high ropes course, canoe and SUP rental, restaurants, kiosks, etc. can be reached on foot, by bike or by car.
