The holiday apartment was renovated with a lot of passion in 2020, largely using natural materials and is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house and is located in the district of Feldwies, a sought-after residential area, outside the center in the climatic health resort of Übersee on Lake Chiemsee.
The approximately 75 square meter holiday loft has a spacious living-dining area with a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious south-facing balcony with a view of our local mountains.
The separate bedroom impresses with traditional modernity and, lying down, offers a view of the Upper Bavarian starry sky with the option of shooting stars. If you cross the hallway you reach the bathroom and laundry room.
Wi-Fi and satellite television are available to connect with the outside world.
Washing machine, towels and bed linen are included in the price. A parking space in front of the house is freely available. Also a “baker’s bike”!

The banks of Lake Chiemsee are within walking distance, the mountains are within reach and cycle paths lead in all directions. The Tyrolean Achen shows the traveler the way from the Alps to Lake Chiemsee or vice versa.

The well-developed infrastructure of the climatic health resort Übersee has a train station and motorway connection with direct connections to Salzburg and Munich, various doctors, pharmacies, supermarkets, health food stores, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, bars, ice cream parlors, etc.
To the lake and harbor, the Übersee lido, including a beach bar with a sandy beach, a high ropes course, canoe and SUP rental, restaurants, kiosks, etc. You can get there on foot, by bike or by car. The most beautiful sunset on Lake Chiemsee awaits you here!
