Very close to the UN Campus (United Nations) of Deutsche Telekom, Deutsche Welle and the Museum König, you will live in a stylish, sustainably managed 34 sqm apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom in the heart of Bonn.
Welcome to our historic Wilhelminian-era building (a listed building).
Your landlords are queer climate activists who are striving to sustainably inhabit and manage a 120-year-old townhouse, for example, by installing green facades (instead of air conditioning), implementing the sponge city concept (instead of a water pump in the basement), energy- and water-saving lighting/fixtures, urban gardening, and many other small and large measures.
The accommodation is just a few minutes' walk from Neuer Kanzlerplatz, the Museum König, the Bundeskunsthalle, the UN Campus (United Nations), Deutsche Welle, and Telekom, and is easily accessible by public transport. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Feel free to borrow a Nextbike or ask about one of our rental bikes, which we rent for a small fee. (Brave couples can try our special tandem, a HASE Pino.)
Please note: The overnight rate is per person. Two people pay €85 + €20 = €105. The apartment is unfortunately not suitable for children under 10 years of age or people with limited mobility (stairs to and within the apartment, high entry into the combined shower/bathtub).
For couples, Inca Steins (certified couples and sex counselor) offers special couples' weekends with a togetherness seminar, consultations, hikes with donkeys, romantic experiences, and other bookable highlights. Pay conveniently in cash, via PayPal, or bank transfer upon arrival. You will receive an invoice, which can be provided in your local language. The City of Bonn charges an additional bed tax of 6% of the overnight rate, which we must collect from our guests.
Please note that cancellation fees apply if you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before departure. Please consider purchasing private travel cancellation insurance if necessary. We will, of course, provide the necessary insurance certificates in the event of a mandatory cancellation.

Payment and Cancellation Terms
We ask that you pay the total price upon arrival in cash, by bank transfer, or PayPal. There are no cancellation fees for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. For cancellations up to 14 days before check-in, we charge a cancellation fee of €45 per booked night. For cancellations made later than this, a cancellation fee of €80 per night will be charged.
