Payment and Cancellation Terms
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES TEGEWA LODGE Community-Based Rural Lodging Hot Springs – Nuquí – Chocó RESERVATION POLICY To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit of the total stay is required. The remaining 50% must be paid upon arrival at the lodge. Your reservation will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received and proof of payment has been sent. CANCELLATION POLICY For reservations made more than 20 days prior to the arrival date, cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made within the first 20 days after the reservation date, subject to availability. After 20 days from the date of the reservation, no refunds will be issued. For reservations made 20 days or less before the arrival date, there will be no refund in case of cancellation. In duly justified and verifiable cases of force majeure, the management may consider a partial refund of only 10% of the amount paid or the possibility of rescheduling the stay. Rescheduled reservations must be used within the next 6 months, subject to availability. In case of no-show on the new rescheduled date, there will be no refund and no possibility of rescheduling. TRANSPORTATION AND WEATHER CONDITIONS TEGEWA LODGE is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes to maritime or air itineraries caused by weather conditions, tides, regulations of the authorities, or situations beyond the control of the accommodation. CARE OF THE ACCOMMODATION Guests must use the facilities, furniture, and common areas responsibly. Any damage caused by misuse will be the responsibility of the responsible party. ACCEPTANCE OF POLICIES By making the advance payment, the guest declares that they know and accept TEGEWA LODGE's reservation and cancellation policies.

La señal de internet y telefonía puede variar según las condiciones climáticas y la zona.
