Set on a beachfront property of 3 hectares in La Guajira, La Sirena is an eco-friendly retreat center offering yoga lessons and sustainable accommodations.
The rustic-chic style accommodations are surrounded by quiet and edible gardens with ocean views.
The comfortable cabanas are made with native materials that blend into the environment with the ability for our guests to relax in a peaceful and beautiful natural setting, free from hassle and stress.
The cabanas have spacious bathrooms with an eco-toilet, open sky shower with gardens, outside, they open into a large terrace with seating & hammocks for relaxation. some have a kitchenette.
Included: WI-FI, Filtered water, security box, 100% cotton sheets, mosquito net, and fan.
We have a new Yoga studio, Spa, Meditation Maloka, Temazcal (sweat lodge), Organic Farm.
At La Sirena....the water from your shower and sink becomes fruit.
The energy you consume is produced by the sun.
Your pee & poo transforms into an amazing fertilizer that nourishes our soil.
The food you eat in the kitchen comes from our organic farm & local growers, and the left-overs return to fertilize the gardens.
The recycling material is sold, and the money goes to environmental education & activism.
The surrounding gardens are abundant, luscious, and edible.
Yoga is practiced in front of the ocean and to the rhythm of the waves.
The nights are dark, quiet, and full of stars.
Space is offered for you to unwind and simply be.
We are 100% solar-powered eco-retreat center and offer energy service from 7am until 11 pm. Please be mindful with the use of the energy.
Children 5 years old and under, do not pay for accommodation (breakfast is not included). Everyone 6 years and older is considered an adult and is required to pay full price.
